Residential Care

Welcome

As you or your loved ones grow older, or are experiencing difficulty with a medical or physical issue, or cannot get out and about like you used to, you may find that you need more help with daily tasks. Sometimes the best way to receive assistance can be by moving into residential aged care for either a permanent or short-term stay.

Moving into residential aged care is a major event in your life and can be a time of stress and uncertainty. We understand the decision may involve many changes for you and your family and we are committed to making the transition as easy as possible. With our team of caring and professional staff our priority is to ensure our residents receive the best possible care and feel secure.

Our ‘Karinya’ facility at Narrogin Cottage Homes provides an extensive range of care and support to residents including residential and short-term (respite). Construction of our 14 bed secure dementia unit 'Maxwell Wing' was completed in 2017 to assist families with dementia, respite and permanent care.
